We went to Seattle for our 10th Anniversary and wanted to go to a good sushi restaurant. Having really only experienced what Eugene had to offer, I knew there would be some better sushi somewhere in Seattle. I did some research and found a lot of good reviews for a place called Umi Sake House and hoped that this would be one of those GOOD places. One that would forever ruin our sushi dining in Eugene.
This place did not disappoint and was probably the best sushi I have had. There were a lot of creative rolls that sounded odd at first and were different than what we had been used to. Our favorite was one called Tropical Paridise. We also ordered the "Badboy Roll", "Spicy Cassidy", "Duff's Rock n' Roll" and "Seattle Crunch".
Besides the great food, the atmoshpere was very nice. The waitress was friendly and the food came VERY fast. I was surprised how fast it got to our table. I ordered a salad thinking I would eat that while we waited for the food. The salad ended up coming with 2 of the rolls. Then about 3 minutes after that, our other 3 rolls came.
Anyone looking for a place to go in Seattle, I highly recommend this one.
